  • The Sanctuary

    CapAcity: 400

    Minimum of Hours: 2

    Rental Rate: $200.00/hour

    Amazing space with mid-century modern stained glass by Emil Frie, a striking wall of painted windows, state of the art audio-visual equipment, large screens and a contemplative vibe.

  • THE COMMONS

    CAPACITY: 185

    MINIMUM OF HOURS: 2

    RENTAL RATE: $150.00

    A contemporary space with exterior access, a stage, theatrical lighting, current sound equipment, short and long throw projectors and great energy.

  • THe Chapel

    Capacity: 75

    Rental Rate: $75.00/hour

    A quiet yet current setting with a small stage and an intimate feel. 

  • Large Meeting Room

    CAPACITY: 30 - 50 depending on Set-up

    RENTAL RATE: $60.00/hour

    Great space for a speaker, discussion group or meeting. The bar-height counter and adjoining kitchen makes serving attendees a breeze.

  • THe Conference Room

    CAPACITY: 15

    RENTAL RATE: $45.00/hour

    Perfect for Board Meetings with high back, comfortable chairs, a projection screen.

  • Meeting Room

    RENTAL RATE: $45.00/hour

    A room perfect for studies, classes, and other group discussions.

  • The Lounge

    CAPACITY: 30-40 Depending on Set-up

    RENTAL RATE: $75.00/hour

    Relax and refresh your guests in this inviting space with wide windows and a gas fireplace.

  • The Gym

    CAPACITY: 4540 sq. ft.

    RENTAL RATE: $65.00/hour


    KUMC's indoor gym has an industrial carpet floor and basketball goals on either end. This room provides you with practice space at a practical price or the perfect spot for indoor birthday parties!
